Exploring the Frontiers of Computational Modeling: From Fundamentals to Complex Systems

Date
Sep 11, 2024 8:12 PM — 8:12 PM

This event features a lecture on modeling in computational science, tailored for master’s level students. The presentation will cover fundamental concepts and advanced techniques in computational modeling, exploring its applications across in modeling complex phenomena.

I will delve in depth in the possibilities of computational modeling, and show how often simple systems can behave strangely when they are modeled. I will also discuss the importance of computational modeling in the context of scientific research, and how it can be used to predict the behavior of complex systems.
